Johan J. “Hans” Bos –

Hans has been in leadership positions for over 20 years. His exceptional achievements are most evident in the areas of business development , sales and marketing , logistics and efficiency. Other strengths he exhibits are of team building, strategic development, and implementation of effective programs. Hans thrives on challenge with every opportunity that arises.

Growing up in Holland with a European mind set and army discipline  , Hans also has a strong background in the area of effective consumer relationships. Fluent in three major world languages ( English Dutch & German ) and minor in Spoanish , his core areas of knowledge include sales and marketing strategy, communication design, incentive plans, management development, new technology, sales force automation, national service plan, strategic long/short term planning, promotion launches, performance improvement/recognition, and customer development plans.

His working experiences from living and working in Montreal Canada, Los Angeles California and Miami Florida and importing and exporting  to and from countries such as  Colombia , Ecuador , Mexico , Chile , Costa Rica  in the category : perisable product , flowers , hard goods.

Paul Tol is a seasoned Global Business executive with more than 30 years of experience in the Global

Sales arena in the Frozen Food Industry.  His strengths are New sales developments, Sourcing and

Training of new Sales teams, building brands and market share, all this while creating a long term

Profitable sustainable business for its stake holders.

Born and raised in The Netherlands he initially moved to the Caribbean in 1990 where he joined a leading Global Frozen Food manufacturer, where he in his 18 years of employment grew into the ranks

Of Vice president of Export sales in Caribbean, Central America and part of South America, managing

A nearly $ 80million in business.   Since 1998 he has been a legal resident of The USA, and in 2008 he joined a leading frozen Food Manufacturer from The Netherlands, building their business from scratch

In the Foodservice segment within the USA, beyond his regional responsibilities in The Caribbean and

Central America, incl International Fast food accounts.  His special focus in USA was geared towards the

International Cruise business out of Florida as well as developing solid sales with the leading USA

Foodservice distributor within the USA.

After a brief project based Exports position out of Florida he opened up his own Consultancy Business

In 2018, currently working on 3 projects related to building new brands in the USA and Caribbean,

With special focus on the Frozen Foodservice market, which remains a solid Foundation in his entire

International career.

Together with Hans Bos he recently started a new Consultancy business for Dutch Export companies

Who want to build up new sales in The USA, primarily from Florida, with additional interest to Export South of the border into The Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America.
